“An administrative residency at UF Health offered me a strong foundation for my career in health administration. Being able to work closely with both the administrative and clinical leadership in the organization gave me invaluable experiences that solidified my understanding of how a large hospital operates on a day-to-day basis. I was able to apply the theoretical knowledge that I had been acquiring in grad school to real world situations. The high level projects that I was able to work on while at UF Health gave me a definite leg up on my competition when looking for my first job after the residency. I highly recommend an administrative residency at UF Health.”
